The goal of this brief booklet is to give some honest advice to both the young players, their parents regarding and coaches on what a collegiate and/or professional coaching staff are looking for from a recruiting standpoint. In other words, what coaches will be looking for from your son or daughter who would like to compete at a high-level junior college, high-major division-1 level, and all of the levels in between.
