This original photographic collection includes wildlife photographs taken by August Farrow between January 1st and December 31st 2021.
This is not a book to showcase my photography. It's a photo collection highlighting the wildlife that was actually seen at this location during this period. It's not what could potentially exist there but wildlife that was actually there, seen and photographed by this visitor.
This title includes full color images. For the best experience possible, view this title in color on your color-enabled Kindle device OR download the free Kindle app to view this title on your smart phone, tablet, laptop, netbook or computer!
------------------
In this book, I will give you the exact same experience I have had – that of walking through nature and stumbling across a variety of flora and fauna without labels or descriptions.
Rather than a reference book, this is more of a photographic catalog of my observations during the time I spent there that year. Though that isn't a lot of time, I have a special knack for stumbling across an astonishing amount of wildlife - for being in just the right place at just the right time (at least when it comes to nature). I hope this book will encourage you too to go out and explore the natural world.
Please note: All insects, spiders and other animals depicted are wild or feral.
I photograph things as they are - sometimes under horrible weather conditions such as fog, rain, etc. and I do not use any special equipment. The conditions are what they are at the time.
These images have not been photoshopped or otherwise manipulated in order to depict anything other than what I actually saw in that location at that time. If you see more than one animal in a shot, more than one animal was present at the time and fit into the frame I was shooting. It also takes FOUR programs to create these landscape-oriented books and thus the photograph quality gets degraded each time the photo is run through a new program. Still, I prefer this format so it is what it is.
Lastly, I also have a very strict non-interference policy. I do not bait, harass, touch, trap, corner or otherwise impede or restrict wildlife.
------------------
Due to limitations in the number of photographs that can successfully be built into a file using this format, different locations may have more than 1 book.
